What is ServaCom?

ServaCom is an IT company based and operating in Honiton, Devon.
I offer onsite and remote IT support/repair services to home users in the local Honiton area.

How do I get help?

Contact me by filling out the form on the contact page or by telephone, mobile or email.
All contact information can be found on the right side of the website at all times.
I generally reply within 24 hours of receiving a message.

How much do you charge for fixing a computer problem or other support?

I charge £10 for 30 minutes/£20 an hour for a callout with a NO FIX NO FEE policy.

I have found many issues can be resolved in 30 minutes or less, especially using remote support.

If I cannot fix your computer fault, there will be no charge!

What is the collect and return service?

This involves collecting, repairing and returning the computer to the client. This is offered when the work will take over 2 hours and includes up to 5 hours work. The charge is £40 for the collect and return service.

What services do you offer?

Services include PC hardware, software, network, driver installation or support.
Virus/trojan/spyware removal, windows/OSX installation or recovery.
Data backup, recovery, website development, search engine optimization.
Programming support for both small businesses and individuals.
I can also help with mobile phone backup and recovery, AV equipment and all technical home devices.
I also provide advice for local data backup solutions as well as cloud storage options.
