We generally reply within 3-24 hours of receiving the contact form.

There are also exceptions to the NO FIX NO FEE policy.

How much do you charge for fixing a computer problem?

We charge £15 an hour for a callout with a NO FIX NO FEE policy.
If we cannot fix your computer fault, there will be no charge!

What is the collect and return service?

This involves us collecting, repairing and returning the computer to the client. This is offered when the work will take over 2 hours and includes up to 5 hours work. We charge £35 for the collect and return service.
